Utah Tightens E-Bike Rules

Utah’s new e-bike law kicks in May 6, requiring riders under 21 to wear helmets and adding stricter rules for higher-powered e-bikes, including licensing and DUI enforcement. Starting in 2027, younger riders will also need adult supervision or a safety certification to ride on their own. [FOX 13]
