- Important dates and deadlines.
- Convicted felons can vote in Utah after they exit jail or prison.
- Utah residents experiencing homelessness can register to vote using a non-traditional address, like a park, as their principal place of residence, and vote in person with a valid ID.
- There will be four constitutional amendments on your ballot, but Amendment D and Amendment A won’t be counted.
- Utah has same-day voter registration, which means you can register and vote on Election Day (in-person). You can also register at early voting locations. Bring your ID or two documents that prove residency (like a utility bill or pay stub).
