While they may not have started here, Maverik is headquartered in Salt Lake City, and they’ll give you a free pastry on your special day.

Though they don’t have a specific birthday freebie, you’ll get a free sugar cookie by downloading the Swig app.

A complimentary chocolate mousse dome comes with downloading the app. And on your birthday you’ll get 500 reward points, which could get you a free cinnamon roll, eclair, almond croissant, mini raspberry tart, or bag of chips.

$5 off your order on the app. That’s almost a free chips and queso.
