The Downtown Alliance outlined the latest in our local food news. It includes a restaurant returning after renovation and a new spot that has our mouths watering.
Claypots Caribbean Grill
What started as an incubator at the Downtown Farmers Market is now a brick-and-mortar shop serving delectable Caribbean fare. It’s a little tricky to find, though. Located at 268 S. Main Street, you’ll head through the bodega Market on Main, and up the ramp in the back you’ll find Claypots.
Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes
Bambara at Hotel Monaco has reopened after renovations. It’s a great place to take the in-laws if you’re trying to impress. Another update for Downtown, Los Tapatios Grill (known for their to-die-for birria tacos) signed a lease for the space next to Eva.
Aqua Terra
Aqua Terra is now serving lunch. It’s located inside the City Creek Center. Try their steak frites with chimichurri sauce and pickled vegetables.
