Are you ready for the fall craft season? Whether you’re clearing out your craft room or looking for new supplies, check out the fall craft supplies swap by Grid Zine Fest on Saturday, Sept. 20. It’s free to attend and bringing things to swap is optional!

Serving up sandwiches at Wasatch Community Gardens’ tomato sandwich party. (Wasatch Community Gardens)
Take advantage of the late summer tomatoes and attend the annual tomato sandwich party at Wasatch Community Gardens on Saturday, Sept. 6. They’ll have garden tours, live music, and the bread is supplied by Leavity Bread & Coffee (some of the best bread in town).
No escargot here, this snail fest is all about slow food (aka small scale farmers and food producers). The second annual Snail Fest at The Neighborhood Hive will help raise funds for the Slow Food microgrant. It’ll feature small bites and drinks from local businesses honored with the Snail of Approval.
