Back in our neck of the woods, Salt Lake has seen some restaurants close, a new way to do latte art, and a grocery store coming (hopefully) soon.
Printed Latte Art
Bix Bakery & Cafe in Sugar House is taking latte art to another level. You can upload a photo from your phone to be printed right on your drink.
Closed for Remodeling
According to Gastronomic SLC, Purgatory Bar and Nostalgia Cafe have closed for remodeling. Nostalgia Cafe has been closed since around August and has no clear reopen date. Purgatory should reopen in February 2024 and has plans to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Patiently Waiting for H Mart
Although it was expected to open by the end of this year, the H Mart in West Jordan has yet to make any progress. Crossing my fingers that they open by next year, so I have a new place to cry in public.
