⚠️ Air Quality on the West Side
The Utah Department of Environmental Quality is studying air pollution on Salt Lake City’s west side, an area disproportionately affected by poor air quality. Here’s how you can get involved:
- Take the survey: As a Salt Lake County resident, what do you think about air pollution?
- Host an air quality sensor: Install a sensor on the outside of your home to track air quality and measure levels of PM 2.5 and PM 10, harmful particulate matter.
- Attend focus groups or community meetings. Those who attend will be compensated for their time. Dates and times TBA.

🚲 Clean Transportation Community Survey
Got 10 minutes to spare? Salt Lake City is looking for input as they explore clean transportation options. The brief survey will go over your transportation priorities, goals, and challenges.

Salt Lake Community Mutual Aid is collecting supplies for our unhoused community. Needed items include tarps, tents, clothes, and shoes. Send them a direct message on Instagram for the drop-off address.
🍺 Solstice Volunteer & Beer
Help pull weeds at Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter in Park City on Thursday, June 20 from 5-8 p.m. Afterwards, chill on the back deck with pizza and beer. For ages 21+ only. Registration is required.
