Summer Concert Series
The City Library is looking for artists to perform at their Summer Concert Series. It’s held from July through September at different Salt Lake City library locations. Participants will receive $200 for their performance. Applications are open through April 1.
Salt Lake Mutual Aid
After the wind and snow storms last weekend, urgent supplies are needed for our unsheltered community. Salt Lake Mutual Aid is collecting tents, tarps, clothing, and baby supplies. Send them a direct message for the drop-off address.
Lights Out
Help our flying friends during the spring bird migration by turning off your outdoor lights from 11 p.m.- 6 a.m. now until May. An alternative is switching your outdoor lights to a warm tone to help with light pollution.
Skateboard Survey
If you’re a skateboarder or use our local skateparks, take the Utah Skatepark Survey to give your insight on improvements needed. The feedback will be shared with city leaders at public planning meetings.
