Community Outreach Day
Join the Food Justice Coalition to serve unsheltered neighbors at Pioneer Park for a community outreach day on Saturday, April 20 from 1-3 p.m. If you’d like to donate, bring any prepackaged snacks, gently used clothing, shoes, tents, or other survival gear. Participants should be 16+.
Bacon to Payson
If you missed the big news, Kevin Bacon is returning to Payson for the 40th anniversary of “Footloose.” But he’s not just here to be footloose and fancy-free; he plans to make essential resource kits for the community with his nonprofit, SixDegrees. You can volunteer, help assemble kits, and meet Bacon himself on Saturday, April 20.
National Audience Survey
The Salt Lake Film Society is looking for audience feedback through the National Audience Survey. It only takes about 12 minutes to complete, and each participant will receive one free SLFS film ticket.
