Garage on Beck

Salt Lake City bar Garage on Beck was severely damaged after a fire broke out last weekend. They are temporarily closed and in the meantime have set up a relief fund for staff.

Raising Me for the Future

Raising Me for the Future is a career and mentorship program for BIPOC high school students in Utah. It’s being held Friday, Oct. 27 at the University of Utah, and they’re in need of volunteers. Sign up, if you’re interested.

Heels 2 Heal

Wear purple to K.A.V.A. Talks’ 9th annual Heels 2 Heal walk for domestic violence awareness on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 12-2 p.m. Participants often wear high heels on the walk, but it’s not required!

Fall Fright

Fall Fright is an event happening Sunday, Oct. 29 at 3 p.m. to benefit the Salt Lake Community Bail Fund. There will be bingo, a silent auction, and Halloween thrills.
