Places For Dinner and Dessert With Friends
Nomad East Pizza
This place is warm and cozy. The “Betty White” pizza has garlic sauce, mozzarella, arugula, and golden raisins on it – which may sound weird, but it works so well.
Sweetaly Gelato
Lots of excellent flavors and plenty of seating. Gelato is always a good idea – especially paired with pizza!
Places For Holiday Shopping
Local Markets at This is the Place
This is the Place hosts lots of markets that are great for shopping and meeting local makers. Their next upcoming market is the JeniBee Market, Nov. 15-19.
King’s English Bookshop
It’s a classic for a reason! One of my favorite shops to walk to on a Saturday morning and get some new books to add to my collection.
