The Milk Block is the newest development coming to 400 E. and 900 S. in Liberty Wells. It's set to open this summer with the Wasatch Co-op Market inside the old Southeast Asian Market building and potentially a neighborhood watering hole. The area around this part of Harvey Milk Boulevard has seen a lot of growth; here's what's new.

Longtime listeners of the City Cast Salt Lake podcast might remember our 2022 crowning of the best breakfast burrito in Salt Lake. Skillets recently opened at 282 E. 900 S., where you can pick up one of those still-delicious breakfast burritos and other American-Venezuelan treats.

Named after the Greek term for friendly gatherings, Paréa offers gyros and other handmade Greek classics in a chill environment from the chef behind nearby Manoli’s. The grab & go options are great for last minute dinners and potlucks.

There’s no better feeling than a good thrift haul, something you’re sure to find at Revive. The resale boutique features designer clothing and takes hassle out of digging for good fits. They also offer private styling sessions, so go treat yourself.

Speaking of treating yourself, there’s a self care business duo near the corner of 900 S. and Denver Street. Shelly Larsen’s Vibez offers nail, hair, and spa services next door to her son Tyson’s BlessedEm Barber.

This woman-owned stationery shop is full of wonderful little trinkets. It’s a great place to find gifts and, if you’re like me, feed your pen obsession. Shout out to the selection of Kaweco pens and inks — IYKYK.
